Refund & Return Policy

At Tek World Group, your trust is our highest priority. Operating out of our corporate hub in the UAE, we implement strict diagnostic evaluations on all electronics—including resold mobile devices, smart watches, audio gear, and power systems. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we are here to support you with an honest, transparent returns structure.

We offer a strict 14-day return window commencing from the absolute date of delivery confirmed by our carrier network inside the UAE or internationally.

To qualify seamlessly for a full asset valuation return, ensure that:

  • The item remains completely unused, unactivated, and unaltered.
  • The item is enclosed within its original factory-sealed retail container alongside all companion documentation, warranty materials, charging blocks, and cables.
  • For our Mobile Phone Reselling line, the electronic security seal must remain intact, and all corporate profiles, iCloud, or Google Account synchronizations must be entirely unlinked.

Certain electronic classifications are completely exempted from our standard return procedures to adhere strictly to sanitization, internal software integrity, and security standards:

  • Products classified clearly as final liquidation, clearance clearances, or explicitly tagged as "Non-Returnable" at check-out.
  • In-ear personal acoustics (such as Earbuds/Headphones) where the primary hygienic packaging wrap has been broken or unsealed.
  • Devices showing explicit structural scratches, dents, internal structural moisture indicators, or modifications not conducted by our certified Technical Quality team.

Follow these progressive steps to register a return or processing claim with our logistics center:

  1. Transmit a comprehensive notification email to info@tekworldgroup.com mentioning your original checkout Order ID, invoice copy, and detailed physical descriptions.
  2. Attach clean, high-resolution photographs or short video overviews displaying the current physical condition of the item and its retail packaging.
  3. Our Client Experience team will review the documentation within 48 business hours. Upon systemic approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket along with localized drop-off or pickup coordination details.

Once your returned package arrives back at our physical Deira depot, our Quality Analysts undergo a complete diagnostic verification checklist (typically completed within 3–5 business days).

Following verification, refunds are issued based on your payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Sent directly back to your issuing financial institution. This takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Converted securely into direct store credit vouchers or bank transfers inside the UAE network, subject to account verification.

Responsibility for transit fees depends entirely on the nature of the return:

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If our diagnostic analysis reveals a genuine factory defect or mismatch in shipment, Tek World Group absorbs all pickup and replacement fulfillment costs.
  • Change of Mind / Premium Exchanges: For returns due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for arranging freight back to our Dubai warehouse, and a baseline restocking fee of 10% to 15% may be deducted to cover diagnostics and repackaging.
